      Hi, after inserting our API keys to activate MVX Pro and saving it, we get this message.

      When we click the link nothing happens.

      Why is that?

      @Launch Digital Not to worry. it is not an error. You just need to activate the license key for the MultiVendorX Pro plugin.

      To activate the MultiVendorX pro license go to MultiVendorX >> License submenu >> put the API details and order id and click on save changes.You will get the required API details from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-keys/.

      @Launch Digital Sorry to hear that. kindly decativate the MultiVendorX Pro plugin from the all plugins page and then activate it again. Now go to MultiVendorX >>License submenu>>Deactivation, uncheck the box and click on save changes. after that go to the activation tab and after putting the API details click on save changes.

      @Launch Digital delete the current uploaded plugin from the all plugins page then download the plugin file from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/ then add that on your end again. then go to MultiVendorX >> License submenu >> put the API details and order id and click on save changes.You will get the required API details from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-keys/.

      If you still face the same issue kindly share the site url and a temporary admin access so that we can check and help you accordingly.
