When a vendor sends a withdrawal request it uses the name of the developer. Despite change the details on the admin account.

Where do I change the name used on the withdrawal email to address the site owner

Thanks for getting in touch. You can simply go to admin dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails, from here you can update the email text details for your required email accordingly.

Hi Could I Have the name of the email template that must be edited as the only one I have found with withdraw in it is “Withdrawal request to Admin from Vendor by BAC” this does not have Dear Andrew in the body

For customising the Withdrawal request to Admin from Vendor by BAC mail you can simply override the admin-widthdrawal-request.php template file on your end.
