Over the weekend your plugin sent an email to each customer that had subscribed to an alert that the product was back in stock, however each of the products was not actually back in stock (and had not been changed at all).

This resulted in a series of unhappy emails from (potential) customers.

What happened?

Also, your question “Which product do you need support for?*” doesn’t allow me to select “WooCommerce Product Stock Alert”. Thanks

Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue and help you accordingly.

Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
