  My clients website is experiencing a critical error only when your plugin is activated.
  
  Shop Manager role is not allowing user to access woocommerce products page.

  Can you please enable the debug mode of your WordPress (please follow this doc https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) and share the error message with us.
  This way we can locate the issue and fix this also.
