Hi,

We found out that using https://usatos.com/wp-admin/ link on a customer account will redirect into the image attached.
Is this normal?
the link works on the admin account as it should, doesn’t work on the supplier account as it should not but works on the customer account/buyer account.
can you check it out?

Hello @popa_catalin1983, WordPress doesn’t give any such option for customers to access the backend . So if a person registers on the site just as a customer he will not be redirected to the backend.

Please check the user role again.

Hi,
We can close this thread. A “members” plugin installed was doing that.
We disabled it and now accesing that link with a client account will show the following message:”Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
