I know that the refund department reached out over email. I posted their response. Nothing was solved. You guys told me I wouldn’t be charged anything and then literally took money out of my bank and are refusing to give it back to me. I can’t even use the old plugins anymore. I lost the client because the site has been down since. I just want – or, rather need – my money back. I have bills to pay like everyone else and wasn’t expecting a grand total of almost $1000 to be taken out of my bank account – especially as you guys told me that wouldn’t happen. AND I lost a client – I loved that client and financially they were worth $15k a year. GONE now!!!! Holy crap, guys. Just give me the money back so I can at least recoup something!!
