    Sorry to know. But, as per the above thread, team has already replied the very same day. You initiated the thread on 12th Jan and same day took the decision to shift. As per the above calculation, it was never two days delay response rather today is the 2nd day. Wish you could have provided us a chance to establish a detailed communication with you.

    As per our support policy, we try to answer each question as quickly as possible, but response time can sometimes take up to 24 hours during business days and 48 hours during weekends/holidays.

    Hi @Fabian,

    This is a unique issue. We checked the entire transaction and order detail from our end but this particular is not reflecting. Record is showing last the two transactions except the above one. Can you please share the order number of the above transaction and registered email (if changed). We need to trace back the order.

    Hi,

    We checked from our end, as per the record- addon subscription was last activated on December 11, 2019. So, ideally on Dec 11th, 2020 – this subscription has expired.

    Hi @Megan,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Basically this type of issue is either related to theme or plugin conflict. May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
    Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty). It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.
