Your answers are totally unacceptable and disappointing

If you do not see it reflected in your system, it will be an error in your system, but I am not to blame for it and that is not my problem. Simply by entering your paypal account, and looking for the transaction of which I have sent a copy, (68C779949D193272A) you will be able to verify that you have received the payment corresponding to the renewal of the subscription, on the mentioned day.
Therefore, please stop asking me pointless questions (because it is evident that they have a problem in their system) related to this, and verify on your part that the payment is done, therefore, I have the right to have enabled the subscription until the day of the next payment, which, according to yourselves, must be made on 07/16/2021 (I also attach a screen copy of that).
Then, since the payment has been made, the only thing I expect from you in response to this ticket is that you enable the license, otherwise I will initiate a complaint and dispute in Paypal, in addition to stopping recommending your plugin and company, already that his attitude is very unprofessional. A logical response on your part would have been to verify that the payment is made, and quickly enable the license. It’s a shame you didn’t act that way

Any news about it. Please, I’ve paid the one year subscription on july 2021 and I need to have this plugin activated. This es urgent!!
Hi… The subscription was renewed and paid on july 15, 2020, so is valid (as you even can see in your system) until july 2021… (Screen copy of my dashboard and proof of payment attached)… Therefore, please correct and actívate the licence ASAP
