ParticipantThere’s an issue with your video. I’m facing the same issue.
Refund applied – $11 ($10 + $1)
Refunded – $12inkanov
ParticipantOk. How to refund tax using MultivendorX?
inkanov
ParticipantHi, any updates on the tax calculation issue.
inkanov
ParticipantAnother thing on the same page (Order details page in vendor dashboard). If the customer applies a coupon while placing an order, the coupon name (e.g. – SAVE10%) has a link but that link goes to wp-admin dashboard instead of going to vendor dashboard’s coupon edit.

ParticipantPlus another thing in your screenshot. Why is Total Earned $6 – shouldn’t it be $96 as commission is $0? What is being calculated to show $6 value.
inkanov
ParticipantIn your screenshot too, the tax after refund is $6 (not $5.43). That’s the issue.

ParticipantSteps:
a) As a Woo admin, add a new tax rate in Standard rates Tax rate class – e.g., US(country), NY(state), 6%(rate)
b) Again as Woo Admin, have these settings in Woo > Tax > Tax Options
– Prices entered with tax – No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax
– Calculate tax based on – Customer shipping address
– Display prices in shop – Excluding Tax
– Display prices during cart and checkout – Excluding Tax
– Display tax totals – As a single total
c) As a vendor, in vendor product, set the following
– Regular price – $100
– Tax status – Taxable
– Tax class – Standard
d) As a customer, create a new order with shipping address NY, tax rate should be applied automatically and total $106 ($100 – Product Price, Tax $6)
d) As a vendor, now refund $10 in the vendor dashboard order. Refund is applied. You’ll see the issue I raised from here.inkanov
ParticipantI figured out the steps. You may close this. Do update the FAQ for others, the link to the setup blog is broken.

ParticipantThanks, you can close this.

ParticipantHi Sangita, it shows the correct commission applied on the admin screen now. Thanks.

ParticipantThanks Sangita. The endpoint worked with the new version.
These are the capabilities in the Vendor Dashboard. I’m not clear what changed, should there be something more like ‘Edit Order’?

Participantshowing 1.3.18 as latest in my API downloads. This version is not working. Changelog has another version 1.3.19, but its not available yet in my API downloads.

ParticipantUnfortunately, it’s not working at all now. The endpoint doesn’t load. When I downgraded back to version 1.3.16, the endpoint loaded.

ParticipantThanks Sangita. What are the changes? The changelog doesn’t indicate what changed – Fixed Issue with vendor staff capabilities. [Staff Manager]

ParticipantAlso other issues with Subvendor when there are 0 orders. Note that this don’t throw an error with Reporting Vendor.
– Orders don’t load. It should show 0 orders found. Instead it gets stuck on ‘Processing’ and jQuery console error is ‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)’
– Refunds show – Internal Server Error – Reload
There are probably other issues too. I don’t want to spend time debugging and creating videos for basic test scenarios with 0 items.
Can this Subvendor module be made compatible with Membership and thoroughly tested.
