Hi Sangita, what are the timelines? Months, Weeks or Days?
This puts us in a difficult situation, not knowing what to expect or when to expect, given that the ledger calculations aren’t working properly.Also if we disable withdrawal (which we don’t want to as Stripe is enabled), the ledger balance is still incorrect as it shows withdrawable amount for COD.
Withdrawal working is the issue for COD.
The payment has not gone through Woo or MVX and is paid directly to vendor as its CoD (Cash on Delivery), so shouldn’t allow to withdraw. Else vendor received money from customer and is also asking the marketplace owner for payment.
Thanks for the video. Exactly shows the confusion at our end. In order 289, the total is $15.48 – it means that the vendor can put in a withdrawal request for $15.48, but payment has not gone through the system, we cannot allow this to be withdrawn.

Refunded – $12Another thing on the same page (Order details page in vendor dashboard). If the customer applies a coupon while placing an order, the coupon name (e.g. – SAVE10%) has a link but that link goes to wp-admin dashboard instead of going to vendor dashboard’s coupon edit.
Plus another thing in your screenshot. Why is Total Earned $6 – shouldn’t it be $96 as commission is $0? What is being calculated to show $6 value.
