Anyway, I come to you because I have a problem with choosing seller payments. I put Paypal marketplace & Stripe split pay but impossible to choose only one, If I choose paypal masspay, stripe is always on the payment page and vice versa.

Hi @bgant003, let me assit you with the flow :
– If you enable both payment mode via admin end, then both will be displayed at the front.
– but not to worry, with wcmp stripe marketplace and wcmp Paypal marketplace active, vendor can enable both payment mode.
– This way if customer pays via Paypal, they will get money in their PayPal. The same goes for stripe. -

Hello, thank you for your quick response. I find it hard to express myself, I have sellers who want to have Paypal and Stripe, other than Stripe and other than Paypal. I have therefore activated Paypal marketplace and Stripe but impossible to choose only one, If I choose only Stripe, Paypal is still displayed with the address that I put for my test, if I leave the field empty, I have an error that it cannot create the order page

Otherwise I have “All above payment mode” with Stripe and paypal, but I want to choose only one. Example :
The seller chooses only Paypal therefore Paypal MassPay
The problem is that when I want to validate my order, an error occurs with marked “There are some problems with the items in your basket. Please return to the basket page and resolve these problems before ordering.” (Translation from French to English) and this error comes on the cart page (attachment) -

Exactly, I want that if the seller chooses only paypal massplay, the customer can pay only by paypal because I see that on the video, you have only put paypal Masplay as an option for the seller and yet there is also mangopay & direct bank transfer … on the checkout page

@bgant003, the reason there was Mangopay and direct Bank, was because I have activated them from my backend.
Please note, woocommerce will show all the payment mode that is activated in the site.

For this, just enable WCMp PayPal Marketplace only. This way vendor will have the option to receive payment via Paypal.
And customers will pay via Paypal too.

Or if the seller has paypal and stripe, I want the customer to choose between paypal and stripe. Here are the 3 options I want. @bgant003, I understand your requirement. But let me explain the reason of why the flow you are looking for is not supported :
– You are using two gateway i.e. Stripe and PayPal
– Now WooCommerce will not see whether the vendor is using Stripe/PayPal.
– WooCommerce will simply check which payment modes are active respective of the vendor’s choice.Now the flow you are looking for i.e. “seller has chosen the Stripe payment method, on the checkout I want stripe (Stripe marketplace). If our seller has chosen only the Paypal payment method, I want only PayPal (Paypal marketplace) “, requires custom code as this is not supported by default.
Do you have any developer so we can guide them accordingly.

@bgant003, the WCMp addons are not compatible with MultivendorX. Hence you need to upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro.
So, in order to migrate to MultiVendorX pro, you may opt for any three options :
Option A
We will share MultivendorX with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use Frontend Manageraddon’s feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is one-time solution only.
To receive future updates and support, we would request you to purchase MultiVendorX Pro from here https://multivendorx.com/pricing/ and opt for option B or Option COption B
We will give you coupon discount based on the month left of your subscription, and you can use MultiVendorX Pro

i.e. if you have purchased Advance Frontend of 100 USD and purchased this on 1st January. Then you have left 2 month in your subscription. So you will get coupon code of 100*2/12 = 16.6 => 17%Option C

Seb, we have modified our coding. We will add the fix in our next update by next week.We have also added a fix in our GitHub.
So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.

You are facing this error because you have 2 products in your cart from a different vendor. one vendor has stripe connect and another is not. Thanks why you are facing this error.

Hello, thank you for solving the stripe problem, on the other hand, I see another problem, the fact that if seller A has chosen Paypal and seller B has chosen Stripe, the two means of payment are displayed at checkout, the problem is that if the customer pays by paypal, the money will be divided by three:
– the first to the paypal account of seller A
– the second will go to the site administrator paypal account
– the third will go in the void because seller B has chosen stripeI also noticed that if seller A has all the means of payment (Stripe and Paypal) and seller B only has stripe, the customer will see Paypal and stripe when ordering, possible to put only stripe since seller B only has stripe and the seller has it too
