when I look at the product list, the vendor is listed against them
the sale I did today to test has those products and there was no commission listed- its the top one in the screenshot just sent to you

can you please check once if other type of commission is set for your site

I did notice that in something like category, there is a 0 next to commission, but I don’t enter that. its put there when category setup

so kindly check if other commissions are set on your end

because in that case those commission levels will have higher priority
and the commission calculation will be based on that

I’ve checked vendor, product and category. The only one that is blank is vendor.

and do you see 0 configured against category and product like I see on my site?
I’ve looked specifically at the vendor configuration and there is a blank field next to commission. the category and the product are showing 0 next to the configuration of the product I just purchased.

KeymasterWe’re sorry to hear you’ve encountered an issue. After reviewing the commission generation process on our end, everything appears to be working fine.
Since you’re facing an issue, please create a staging site that mirrors your live site exactly. Share the URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access to the staging site, so we can investigate the commission generation flow and help resolve the problem.
Also please ensure to mark your response as private when sharing the access details.

We reviewed your settings for the various commission levels and set the commission amounts for all levels, except the global commission, to blank. After placing a test order, we found that the vendor commissions are being calculated correctly. You can view the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/m_dh10oWE3zw.

KeymasterHello there, I’ve just logged into your site to verify the commission settings. To ensure accuracy, I cleared all the other commission fields and placed an order for the vendor’s product. The commission was applied as expected.
Since other commission types take priority over global commissions, I double-checked the settings to confirm everything is correct.
