Dear all, good afternoon, WooCommerce currently uses the plugin registration address as sender and shipping calculation, we need the address used for shipping calculation to be the seller’s, we are in Brazil and we use the Correios company to ship goods, is it possible to calculate shipping from the seller’s address (Sender) and not from the address registered in WooCommerce?

Prezados, boa tarde, atualmente o WooCommerce utiliza o endereço de cadastro do plugin como remetente e cálculo de frete, precisamos que o endereço utilizado para o cálculo de frete seja do vendedor, estamos no Brasil e utilizamos a empresa Correios para envios de mercadorias, é possível calcular o envio a partir do endereço do vendedor (Remetente) e não do endereço cadastrado no WooCommerce?

With MultiVendorX there are many different shipping options such as zone-wise shipping, country-wise shipping, distance-wise shipping (https://prnt.sc/eMlzRLzDtmiC) etc. to configure from their end.

Good morning, thank you for the answer, the shipping options available in the modules do not meet our needs, as we use the Brazilian Post Office it has several shipping methods, with different values for box, envelopes and sizes, each with its value according to the distance of the recipient, in addition we need a label to be generated for the supplier to print and paste on the product packaging, the Best Shipping plugin (https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/melhor-envio-cotacao/) does all this, calculates the shipment, generates a label … but it centralizes the address, it doesn’t take the seller’s registration address, but Woocomerce. Do you customize the plugin paying for development?

Bom dia, agradeço pela resposta, as opcoes de envio disponíveis nos módulo não atende a nossa necessidade, como utilizamos o Correios brasileiro ele tem varias modalidades de envio, com valores diferentes para caixa, envelopes e tamanhos, cada um com seu valor de acordo com a ditancia do destinatário, além disso precisamos que seja gerada uma etiqueta para que o fornecedor imprima e cole na embalagem do produto, o plugin Melhor envio (https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/melhor-envio-cotacao/) faz tudo isso, calcula o envio, gera etiqueta… porem ele centraliza o endereço, nao pega o endereço de cadastro do vendedor e sim do Woocomerce. Voces personalizam o plugin pagando o desenvolvimento?

Hi @Tandy R M Silva, as you can see the melhor enviocotacao, plugin is not compatible with MultiVendorX. That’s why it will not consider vendor’s address.

The only solution is to create a custom plugin that will act as a bridge between MultiVendorX and the melhor enviocotacao, so the vendor’s address will be added too.

@Tandy R M Silva To hide the MultiVendorX shipping options from the vendor dashboard (in the shipping submenu under store settings and the add product page), follow these steps:
– Go to the admin dashboard.
– Navigate to MultiVendorX.
– Access the ‘Modules’ section (https://prnt.sc/uEGDW4OiyVI1).
By disabling all shipping modules in the admin dashboard, the shipping options will no longer appear in the vendor dashboard’s store settings submenu and the shipping section on the edit product page.
If you are looking for something else, please provide detailed information about the desired implementation of your custom shipping plugin, along with screenshots, to help us understand the workflow better and assist you accordingly

Thanks for the answer, is there any way to disable all shipping modules, but continue with the shipping option section on the product edit page? Can you help me please?

If you do not enable any shipping module in the modules submenu of MultiVendorX in the admin dashboard then there will not be any option present related to shipping in the vendor dashboard.
But if you only want to remove the Shipping submenu under Store settings not in the add product page then you can only remove that shipping submenu using custom code. In that case the shipping option will be present there in the edit product page.

Add the below code in the functions.php file of your current active theme to remove the shipping option from the vendor dashboard –
