There is a js error in vendor dashboard. How to fix it. I have attached screenshot of the same.

Jacinta, we haven’t face any such issue on our end.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
Please do keep us posted so we can help you out.

So please create a staging site and share the temporary admin, FTP access so we can check.

While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.

@Jacinta Thomas, we have retested this in our end still not able to recreate this error.

So, can you please clear the cache from your server and let us know. For now, we have kept the default theme and plugins deactivated.

Even after clearing the cache the issue still exists, let us know. We will proceed accordingly.

Hi,
We have removed the previous WCMp plugin and add new one. The issue is gone, Kindly checkout the video – https://gdskavr9sw.vmaker.com/record/GrLKQUoMZS7CxRUl

To fix this to your live site remove the previous WCMp plugin and download the WCMP from the test site. Then add this to your live site.
