Hello Dhruv, As shared earlier, the endpoint for the vendor dashboard was not set accordingly hence the issue with the vendor dashboard was happening. We have set the endpoint according on your end and the vendor dashboard is coming accordingly(https://prnt.sc/cUjKOFWaiV62).
For the issue in the checkout can we enable the test payment mode for stripe to check the issue. Also can you please confirm that you are facing the issue on checkout for payment with the Stripe marketplace as we have not gotten any error related to stripe on the WooCommerce log on your site. .

Hello Dhruv, We’ve investigated the checkout issue for vendor registration. According to the default flow, a recurring plan with a free trial requires a signup fee of at least $1. This fee is essential for gathering payment information from vendors for recurring payments after the free trial period.

Now as you have not added any sign up fee for the recurring plan with free trial hence the error is coming on the checkout.
Kindly follow our doc here https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/marketplace-memberhsip/ and update your current plan accordingly.

Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

Hello @Dhruv Jha, The page where you’ve inserted the shortcode for vendor registration will designate users who register through it as vendors on the site. This applies similarly to the membership flow.

I’ve tested the process on your end by registering through the buyer registration page, and the user is showing as a pending vendor. It appears that custom code has been added on your end, causing users registering through the buyer registration page to also become pending vendors. Please thoroughly review your setup, as we haven’t made any modifications to the vendor registration flow in our recent updates.

Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

Dhruv, we have checked the flow of registering users from the default my account page of WooCommerce on our end and after registration the users are coming as customers.

On your site kindly check again carefully whether you have inserted the correct shortcode. Even with the correct shortcode you face the same issue kindly give us permission to check the flow on your site by disabling themes and plugins.

@Dhruv Jha, It is really strange as the flow of customer registration is working fine. But with the same plugins the flow is not working on your end. Kindly share the FTP access of your site with us so that we can debug the issue further to provide you with a solution.

While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Dhruv, kindly understand that the issue that you are facing on your end is specific to your site only. Hence it is taking us time to debug the issue on your end and provide you with a solution.

Kindly do one thing, create a staging site where the exact issue is replicated and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site so that our team can debug the issue there and help you accordingly to solve the problem.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

@Dhruv Jha, Thanks for sharing the staging site info with us. Our team is looking into the issue with the users becoming vendors who are registering through the buyer registration –
Now for your other queries our replies are inline with your queries –
      1) We don’t want to charge the vendors anything at the time of signup since we’re going to give them a free trial. Is there any other way? Otherwise please let us know how can we disable payment for vendors’ registration.
      >>To enable free trials for your users, it’s necessary to implement a minimum subscription fee of $1. This ensures that subscription recurring functions smoothly after the trial period ends. Without this fee, it becomes challenging for the admin to charge subscription fees from vendors who haven’t provided payment details.
      2) Also, we can see on our website, that buyers can see the membership plan product and are adding it to their cart. How can we keep it hidden from the buyers?
      >>By default, membership plans are exclusively displayed on the membership plan page and are not visible on the shop page. However, all users have access to the membership plan page to view the available plans. If you prefer that your buyers cannot access the membership plans, custom code will need to be added on your end to restrict their access.

@Dhruv Jha, As mentioned previously, according to Stripe’s default procedure for charging successful recurring payments after a free trial period, a minimum recurring fee of $1 is required. Therefore, you’ll need to implement a sign-up fee for vendors subscribing to a recurring plan with a free trial.

Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
