Hello

the Chat function on the product page only works when the visitor is a login user.
I would like it to also work for anonymous visitors.
Anyone who knows how to fix this issue?

as i know it work only for login users
i need to work with all users
i use Talkjs

TalkJs only works for the logged in users because they need user data to make Talkjs work. It is designed such that user data is synchronized all the time while they’re logged into your app.
This has nothing to do with our plugin. This is the basic functionality of TalkJS.
Now if you want to use the live chat module for non logged in users as well, then you can use either Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp. For detailed configuration you may refer to our doc here https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/live-chat/.

@barhoom TalkJs does not inherently offer live chat support for users who are not logged in, and we have no control over its functionality in this regard. You may refer to their documentation at https://talkjs.com/docs/Reference/Concepts/Users/ for more details.
As mentioned previously, you have the option to integrate either Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp to enable a live chat module for non-logged-in users.
