Invio immagine di configurazione momentanea abbiamo attivato stripe per woocommerce cosi da avere i pagamenti funzionanti e abilitato il vostro modulo split come da immagini mi confermate che cosi puo funzionare i pagamenti verso i fornitori.

stripe response you can’t remove as per your request:
Thank you for waiting. In situations where we detect that a bot may be using Stripe Checkout for card testing, we will present a small challenge (e.g., a checkbox, an image selector) to ensure that the user is human before completing the purchase. This small challenge is known as a captcha and is designed to reduce fraudulent activity.
Card testing is a type of fraudulent activity where someone tries to determine if stolen card information can be used to make purchases. You can read more about card testing and what Stripe does to prevent it here.
Due to this protection that is prebuilt into checkout, I am afraid at this moment, there is currently no way to disable CAPTCHA on your Stripe Checkout sessions. However, please be assured that we will only display a CAPTCHA when we have detected possible fraudulent activity.

Se attiviamo stripe connect appare il vostro modulo pagamenti e non funziona per ora dobbiamo usare il nostro metodo di pagamento e a mano trasferire i fondi ed e molto grave attendiamo aggiornamento da vostra parte per risolvere il GRAVE problema di stripe altrimenti dobbiamo pensare a una soluzione di cambio piattaforma.

Hi @marchisotti.luca, We use the source and token configuration of Stripe. But it is now conflicting with Stripe’s own hcaptcha settings. That is why we are asking the users to get in touch with the Stripe team and ask them to disable the hcaptcha settings for the time being. After that you will not face any issue with payments via stripe marketplace.
However, rest assured that to mitigate the issue with Source and Token conflicts, we have completely removed this flow from our code and implemented Payment Indent instead. This transition is currently underway and may require some time for implementation.
As part of this Payment Indent implementation, if you are utilizing Stripe’s direct payment mode, please note that according to the Stripe API, only one vendor’s products can be purchased per order. This limitation applies solely to the direct payment mode.Thanks for your cooperation and understanding so far.

Buongiorno sono qua a chiedere una conferma se il metodo stripe e stripe split connect quando torneranno a funzionare perche noi abbiamo contruito il sito web solo per quel metodo di pagamento se non si risolve urgentemente sarò costretto a chiudere il sito e ho subito gravissime perdite di denaro

Hello there, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Rest assured, we’ve addressed the issues with both Paypal Marketplace and Stripe Marketplace, and these fixes will be included in our upcoming MultiVendorX Pro update.
Our beta versions have undergone thorough testing and are functioning smoothly. However, if you’d like, please provide us with a staging site (a replica of your live site) along with your sandbox accesses. We’ll test both the Stripe Marketplace and Paypal Marketplace on your staging site, ensuring everything works seamlessly and after that you can use the same MultiVendorX Pro on your live site.
Also while sharing the access of your staging site don’t forget to mark your reply as private. -

Il nostro sito e in produzione con campagne google ads da 200 euro giorno e stiamo perdendo tanti soldi la versione beta la metteremo in produzione direttamente siamo obbligati altrimenti sono costretto a chiudere e rimane a casa persone

@marchisotti.luca, you can still use the current version of Stripe that you have for your site. Just contact Stripe team and ask them to disable the ReCAPTCHA settings for your stripe profile, it is that easy. Then you can keep accepting money using our current stripe module.
Having said so, you can also use the BETA version of Stripe. But as shared earlier, we are using latest stripe payment flow, which doesn’t support multivendor cart checkout for Direct payment mode of stripe.

Abbiamo chiamato stripe e loro dicono che non toglieranno ReCAPTCHA per motivi di sicurezza ma il problema e di multivendor siamo da una settimana in questo problema e mi sembra molto grave la situazione noi non possiamo ircevere pagamenti possiamo lavorare solo con split connect e non con pagamenti diretti cosi magari capisci

We deeply regret the inconvenience you’ve endured over the past week. Please understand that this situation arose due to sudden changes implemented by Stripe. While we have confidence in our beta version, we do not recommend using our beta version on your live site yet.
However, there are three alternate solutions available to ensure your payment flow continues smoothly:Contact the Stripe team to temporarily disable the hCaptcha for your site. Once our fixed version is released next week, they can re-enable it for your Stripe account.
Use the WooCommerce Stripe payment gateway on your site to receive payments from customers. This way you will not be losing any revenue.
Then, use our Stripe Connect module to pay your vendors. This method ensures uninterrupted payments on your site and payment transfer to the vendor.Alternatively, create a staging site (a replica of your live site) and provide us with your sandbox access. We’ll conduct comprehensive testing of the payment flows using our beta version on your staging site. Once all testing is completed successfully, you can implement our beta version on your live site.

Abbiamo deciso coi miei soci che attenderemo fino a fine settimana se non uscirà l’aggiornamento di multivendorx pro con la soluzione a stripe connect e stripe split funzionante probabilmente la decisione e di cambiare piattaforma per il multivendor e passeremo ad altro mi spiace ma il danno subito e molto grave perche ripeto non possiamo lavorare con account stripe woocommerce ma solamente con split connect

Buongiorno ad oggi non si vede nessun aggiornamento per la risoluzione del problema di stripe non mi e arrivato neppure il link con la versione beta e sono completamente fermo vorrei essere chiaro e vorrei una data precisa anche perche qua i danni di due settimane di problema iniziano a diventare un danno economico enorme

Forse non ci siamo capiti il mio business e contratto coi clienti prevede stripe split connect se non funzionando dal 5 di marzo io sto perdendo contratti e ho clienti che vogliono andare via dalla piattaforma e ho un danno economico enorme ripeto la beta a me non e stata data il link era vuoto pago un abbonamento e pretendo di avere assistenza e stato detto entro venerdi o sabato e ad oggi il nulla saro costretto a cambiare plugin e piattaforma

Hi @marchesotti.luca, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end while activating the license.
Now to activate the license on your end, kindly deactivate the MultiVendorX Pro plugin and activate it again from the Plugins page. After that go to MultiVendorX >>License >>Activation, here put the API key and product ID accordingly and click on save changes.
