      Hi,

      You guys charge me the renewal fee I want to cancel and receive a refund ASAP.

      Hello @Jeff Michel, You did not cancel the subscription from your end that is why the renewal was charged.

      Could please share why you are not using the MutiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro anymore. If there are some issues that you are facing on your end with our plugin kindly let us know. We will surely assist you to resolve those.

      Sorry that you have faced an issue. But kindly understand that without looking into the error we can not assist you to resolve that. So kindly share the error message with us so that we can assist you accordingly.

      We need the details of the error. So kindly login to your FTP server and go to WP-config and from there enable the debug log. After that you will get the details of the error message on the frontend. Kindly share that with us so that we can look into it accordingly.
