      Hi.
If i receive a payment from a customer, i change the status in woocommerce to paied.

But in the vendor backend, the Status is NOT updated. So the vendor can not see, if a customer paied.

Hello Glander, Let me assist you with the flow –
When an order is created on the woocommerce end, we create the corresponding sub-order.
      – Now, we check the initial order status of the order from woocommerce’s main order and set same order status for suborders too
      – After that, each vendor/admin needs to change order status for each sub-order
      – Therefore, apart from initial order status, if you change status of an order, this will not affect the sub order’s status
Now, you need to add some custom code to sync the parent order status with the sub orders.
You can follow this doc for the custom code to sync parent order status with the suborder status https://multivendorx.com/docs/code-snippet/parent-order-and-sub-order-status-sync/.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

      Ah ok….my fault. Thank you.

Can i disable the funtion, that the vendor can change the status by himself? Only Admins should do that.

Sure you can do that by going to Admin dashboard >> MultiVendorX >> Settings >> Orders and from here simply enable the option “Order status control”(https://tinyurl.com/257srgf6). After that the vendors will not be able to edit the order status from their end.

Hello There, Regarding the commission generation it may happen that you have set other commission levels(vendor commission, product wise commission or category wise commission) your end as 0 and hence the commission is getting calculated as per that.

As the other commission levels have higher priority than the global commission in the hierarchy of commission level.
You can learn details about the commission levels from here https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/commission-concept/.

Now regarding the loading issue on the commission details page can we disable plugins and themes on your end to debug the issue further.

Also share the FTP access of your site with us. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Kindly give us some time to check the flow on your end and we will get back to you accordingly as soon as possible.

Hi there, We have deactivated the plugins on your end except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro and the the commission details page is loading without any issue(https://tinyurl.com/2c4zr6w5) and also the section to set the commission type and and commission value is coming accordingly (https://tinyurl.com/29he5cno). Regarding the option “Commission Disbursement Method” that says to enable payment module that is just to inform the users that to have to disburse vendor commissions they need to enable payment modules so that vendors can receive their commission using that payment method.
Now, concerning the issues, it’s clear that they arose due to conflicts with other plugins. To resolve this, please activate the inactive plugins one by one to identify the one causing the issue.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
