Vendor has placed the order and marked it complete.

No 1 Issue: It’s can be marked without filling the Tracking Details of shipment (order shouldn’t be marked completed without shipping details )

No 2 when order is completed and now withdrawal request option is available. when vendor is making request it unable to make withdraw (not working). here is video attached.

@sophiajhondeveloper, thanks for sharing the error log. As per this your PayPal account is not authorized to send mass payment.

You may use PayPal payout, else contact the Paypal team regarding this.

I have also shared the PayPal payout, just for now we don’t want to use mass pay . lets say

what if we don’t want to use the mass pay then automatically payment will go to the vendor after my approval and will vendor be able to make payment withdraw request or not ?

I have turned off the mass pay for now to check if the vendor is able to make request or not

but still he is not able to make it

We have checked this on our end . There should not be any such issue if you have configured PayPal payout correctly . Kindly fetch the credentials accordingly . You can go through our doc for your reference https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/paypal-payout/

I have rechecked the api and credentials on live mode and reattached it same way defined on that guide but nothing happens.

As in your guide it’s only sandbox mode but you have guide how to create it on live here are some of the proof for attached.

Hello , sangita the issue is solved but the payment of Commission was paid via Paypal payout without my approval from admin site. how can controll that when vendor requests to Withdraw amount of his commission then i as admin have approve and then the payment should go automatically to his account form my relevant payment method.
