Hi support,
I tested vendor coupon submission flow and noticed that sometimes the coupon are not published and there is no any error indication provided. After some trial and error, the culprit was that the “Products” under the “Usage Restriction” tab must be selected with some products or else the coupon could not get published. Since the placeholder of the “Products” is showing “Any products”, I’m afraid that some vendors might not be able to find out as some vendors might just left it blank as they were intended to provide the coupon for any products use. Additionally, it would be good if there is any error indication or required field is shown to guide vendors in publishing coupons since there are so many options available.

Additionally,
1) For membership configuration, the “Import” and “Export” button is still in the vendor dashboard (all products tab etc) even though the particular plan did not include/enable “Import” and “Export” feature via Product Data –> Membership –> MVX Addons –> Import & Export.
2) For membership configuration, the “Download CSV” button is still in the vendor dashboard’s Orders tab even though the particular plan did not include/enable vendors to export order via Product Data –> Membership –> Miscellaneous –> Allow vendors to export orders.
3) What does the “Vendor PDF Invoice” in MVX Addons mean?
4) What does the “Message to Buyer” in Miscellaneous mean? Is it needed through TalkJS/WhatsApp/FB Messengger live chat or Q&A?Thanks for clarifying in advance!

Hi @Chris, Regarding the vendor coupon submission flow , while generating or adding a new coupon from the vendor dashboard the vendor needs to add Products or Product categories to publish a coupon . If he does not add any of the above options he will get an error message popping up . Now if the vendor fills up any of the above mentioned fields the coupon gets published without any restriction or error .

>>It is referred to the Invoice & Packaging slip module . Adding this in MVX Addons the admin can add the feature of configuring Invoice from their dashboard .

I think there is something wrong on my end. I didn’t saw this type of error or success indication. Kindly refer to the video attached for reference:
1) For failed coupon submission due to empty product/category, there’s no any red-colored failure indication.

For the issue with vendor coupon kindly create a staging site and share the site url , admin and ftp access of the site . While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private .For the queries on Marketplace Membership our replies are inline —

The Message to Buyer option is a separate flow, that gives vendors the option to add a message for their buyers when they order a product from their store . -
