Hello,
I cannot update to that version because it breaks the WooCommerce report section (refunded orders issue). You need to fix that issue first so I am still using 3.5.16.Beats24-7ParticipantHello,
alright, thank you.I just found another error that you introduced with one of your updates. Your plugin is showing completely wrong and insanely high numbers for the amount of products each vendor has… http://www.prnt.sc/yqswjc
Can you please check this at your end and fix this again as well please? Looks like your plugin is grabbing wrong data from somewhere… This was working fine a few weeks ago when I last checked it. If you click on the number of products it’s working fine but the list in the vendor section is just wrong.Beats24-7ParticipantPS: I downgraded to your previous version and the refunded orders are back to only 1, however, the WC reports section doesn’t show the amount ($12.95) http://www.prnt.sc/y2goa7. The ‘gross sales’ and ‘net sales’ are still wrong though and the refunded amount is still added to these amounts. It looks like your plugin is not reporting refunded orders correctly and WC still seems them as completed orders too. Please fix these issues asap! Thank you.
Beats24-7ParticipantHi there,
1. Ok, a commissions overview page for a certain time period would be great.2. I just updated to 3.5.17 and your update details log shows that the update fixes an issue in the WooCommerce report section that “if WCMp is installed, the WC section doesn’t show refunded orders correctly”. After the update, it shows wrong numbers now though…
I have one refunded order this month http://www.prnt.sc/y2bqtl, and WC now shows the parent order and sub order as refunded, so 2 orders in total. It’s just 1 order though… It also added the sales amount of the sub order and parent order together now… http://www.prnt.sc/y2b7af
Furthermore, the refunded amount ($25.90) also has been added to the ‘net and gross sales’ of this period in the WC reports section. Your update just made everything worse!-> Why is WCMp messing with the WC reports stats anway..? Please check this at your end and fix it asap! Thank you!
Beats24-7ParticipantHi,
sorry, but this is just plain wrong. There is no tax setting enabled in our store. Furthermore, WC does not calculate on hold or failed/cancelled orders. If it would be the case, the amount in the WC reports would be higher. It isn’t though, your report numbers are higher so maybe your plugin does that… The WC calculated amounts are absolutely correct but your’s are not.Anyways, is there a way to show commissions for all vendors in a more compact way or generate a monthly payout csv file? It isn’t possible to see all commissions for all vendors on one screen and your list is very bulky if you have many vendors: http://www.prnt.sc/x8c5u8
With EDD for example it was possible to generate a clean and easy table (or payout csv file) so you can overview the commissions for a whole month: http://www.prnt.sc/x8cobvThanks
Beats24-7ParticipantHi,
thanks for your reply. However, you didn’t check it correctly. As you can see from my video and my explanation your reports include failed and pending payments. You only have tested it with 1 single completed order… Furthermore, you didn’t check the custom section at all.
As you can see from my video, WooCommerce is showing the correct numbers and your report section does not. Thanks again.Beats24-7ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private. -
