    Hi @sangita,

    Hello , in MultiVendorX the main orders get split into sub orders .Now if the admin changes the status of the suborders, the status of the main orders gets changed automatically .

    However you can use this code to sync the order status https://multivendorx.com/docs/code-snippet/parent-order-and-sub-order-status-sync/

    >> If admin allows vendor to change the status of the suborders, and when a vendor changes the status of the suborders, does the status of the main orders gets changed automatically too?

    Alright, noted. I think I shouldn’t make them sync for now. But just for clarifying, by default the parent order and sub order status aren’t sync right?

    For queries related to Marketplace membership,
    Query 2) >> this link, https://github.com/multivendorx/mvx-pro/issues/150 , leads to a 404 error page
    Query 4) >> I only managed to found message to vendors instead of message to buyer. Could you please specify the section or explain roughly to me how it works? I supposed it is the capability for vendor to message the buyer through the live chat? But I’m not sure about this.

    2) For success coupon submission with product/category filled in, there’s no any green-colored successful indication.

    I think there is something wrong on my end. I didn’t saw this type of error or success indication. Kindly refer to the video attached for reference:
    1) For failed coupon submission due to empty product/category, there’s no any red-colored failure indication.

    Noted. Thanks for clarifying. I’m clear now. Anyway, in case if in the future there are other people asking about this again, maybe you can try considering adding this extra sentence into the doc. Initially I was thinking like the one you mentioned but once I read until the global commission part, which mentioned it as a final layer, I eventually get confused on whether the 1st or the final layer is the highest level.

    Additionally,
    1) For membership configuration, the “Import” and “Export” button is still in the vendor dashboard (all products tab etc) even though the particular plan did not include/enable “Import” and “Export” feature via Product Data –> Membership –> MVX Addons –> Import & Export.
    2) For membership configuration, the “Download CSV” button is still in the vendor dashboard’s Orders tab even though the particular plan did not include/enable vendors to export order via Product Data –> Membership –> Miscellaneous –> Allow vendors to export orders.
    3) What does the “Vendor PDF Invoice” in MVX Addons mean?
    4) What does the “Message to Buyer” in Miscellaneous mean? Is it needed through TalkJS/WhatsApp/FB Messengger live chat or Q&A?

    Alright, noted & thanks. Right now I’ll try some manual alternatives first. But I hope that this feature will be enabled soon in the future as this would enhance the security features plus reduce the manual workload of admin as well.
