I’ve gradually re-enable each and found out that activating The Plus Addons for Elementor Pro are causing the conflict. The widgets (Store Tab Contents & Store Name) are not visible on the frontend once this plugin is activated. I’m not familiar with this and not sure how to debug this. Could you please help in this regard please? Thanks
Ok noted. Thanks, let me try it. Btw, just to update, I’ve added the button on mvx store page last week after checking on their codes and requested them to update it on their next update. It’s not that hard as their function will output the button automatically already and as a newbie in WP and php, I didn’t even take more than 15 minutes tho.
Okay understood. Thanks for the investigation and explanation. I’ll unchecked that setting (maybe it’s checked by default) and reach out to them about this issue. Usually public contents are accessible but those private content, password-protected content, internal users, custom post types, and metadata are only accessible with authentication by default, so it should be safe if the Rest API is not set to be private right?

I can output the shortcode easily on Elementor. But I want to output the shortcode in the Default WC Product Tabs > Vendor Details Tab. So which template or php file and which directory??
I bought a lot of plugins and I can see a lot of differences in between the supports provided as compared with yours. A free plugin support like pluginus.net and some paid plugin support like piwebsolution are definitely 200% more helpful than yours, for instance, understand about user enquiries and problems, answers which is straight to the point and helpful to solve the problem raised, and some code snippets which is really helpful. They know how to allocate their resources fairly. But from here, based on my experiences, 9 out of 10 threads posted here were a waste of time. Without mentioning all those bugs that were found to be present in your plugin, and did you know that the support flow did took a lot of time right? Even reporting a bug takes a lot of time as well, as you’ll just stand to the point that it’s working fine on your end but in fact, you never really understand the flow and ended up wasted a few rounds of time to get you understand on the issue raised, and then getting redirected to your developers and fixing it after weekssssssss. I understand that there’s only 24 hours per day and if you can’t manage all the threads very well, please change your focus instead of taking your paid users’ questions with perfunctory effort. Refine your support flows so that your team could allocate enough resources to the relevant users needed. Else, you might just slowly lose your users.
Apparently you didn’t understand my question my dear support or you accidentally skip it or maybe you just didn’t read finish. I’m so fed up with your support as the answers are always with unrelated stuff. For freemium users, I can say that it’s good that you didn’t differentiate freemium and pro users but you sure you have enough resources to handle all requests? I don’t want to always waste time here. Did you ever read my last few sentences???? I don’t think these questions are related to Better Messages 🙂
1) WHICH FILE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTPUT OF VENDOR DETAILS IN THE VENDOR DETAILS TAB IN THE DEFAULT WC PRODUCT TABS?
YOU TELL ME THE FILE AND I WILL ADD THIS CODE MYSELF INTO IT OK? I DON’T HOPE FOR YOU TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AT ALL AFTER ALL THESE EXPERIENCES.
2) VENDOR DETAILS TAB ONLY HAS VENDOR NAME & THE HREF TEXT ”MORE PRODUCTS BY VENDOR ABC”, DOES IT INCLUDE VENDOR LOGO/IMAGE IF THEY UPLOADED THEIR OWN LOGO/IMAGE? IF YES, THEN GOOD, IF NO, CAN YOU ADD TO ENHANCE THE VENDOR DETAILS?Sure. No problem. They’ve recently resolved the issue for product page, leaving only mvx store page with the issue. Once available, please help to look into the mvx store page. For now, the button on product page can now be output via a shortcode, but I wanna output it into somewhere linked with vendor details. Maybe in the product tabs for vendor. May I know which file or which template in the source files is related to this part? Or where to include this line: echo do_shortcode(‘[button_shortcode]’); ? Another thing is that, can we increase a little bit of the vendor details via product tabs, like at least a logo or image of the vendor, instead of only the name and ‘more products by vendor_name’?

Noted and understand about that. Thanks for helping in informing. I just renewed my plan earlier and I really hope that I can have some assistance in this regard. Once it’s fully integrated, definitely you’ll outperformed your rivals tbh. This is the code related to output the relevant button based on the integration, and I guess it’s possible.

Maybe it’s plugin conflict but I don’t have time to check one by one yet. Do you mind telling me what was the culprit or how did you guys solve it previously for the store tabs? So that I have some insights in detecting and solving it.
