ChrisParticipant
I see. I don’t see any chances here since they are seperate plugins, but I’ll give it a try. I was mistakenly understood that BuddyBoss and BuddyPress were the same through the info from their website as they claimed that it’s from the same devs and somehow it’s a kind of a rebranded version with more features readily available.

ChrisParticipantBuddyBoss supposedly is compatible with MVX since MVX is compatible with BuddyPress, but I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. This is the welcoming message from them:
Welcome to BuddyBoss Platform
BuddyBoss Platform is a fork of BuddyPress and bbPress, and is designed to be backwards compatible with BuddyPress data and most BuddyPress plugins. If you have been using BuddyPress or bbPress in the past, you should remove them as this is a full replacement. We have improved almost every aspect of BuddyPress and added many new features. As you explore you will find improvements all over the place. Have fun!ChrisParticipantHi there. Thanks for the reply. I deactivated all plugins and tried to activate one by one to figure out the cause to this issue. At the end I think it might be the BuddyBoss Platform plugin that caused this issue. Could you please help me to solve this problem?? If not I would not be able to activate my BuddyBoss Platform pro version….

March 21, 2023 at 11:58 AM in reply to: Compatible Additional/Custom Fee Add-On Plugins to Charge On A Buyer #189607ChrisParticipantThanks for the information. That would be great! Anyway, I would like to ask one more question related to plugins. Does the automations set through AutomateWoo workable for any vendor product too? For example, an automated email (set through AutomateWoo) that is sent after customer enquiries & purchases etc.?
March 18, 2023 at 4:19 AM in reply to: Compatible Additional/Custom Fee Add-On Plugins to Charge On A Buyer #189522ChrisParticipantIf I’m using any additional fees plugin compatible with WooCommerce, which would allow me as an owner/admin to charge a global platform fee on the buyer side during checkout based on product categories, would this work for all the products uploaded by vendor?
What I wanted here is, for example:
Eg. Vendor A uploaded a rental product at a price of $100. Besides admin fee/vendor commission of 10% on vendor side, I’m charging another 10% fee on the buyer side, namely platform fee. So, I shall received $10 from vendor side and another $10 on buyer side.March 18, 2023 at 4:10 AM in reply to: Assigning any subscription plan to specific vendor as desired #189521ChrisParticipantActually I’m using other custom payment gateway. So if I want to assign a custom recurring plan to a vendor, I would have to use that payment gateway to charge him. Then I would manually assign a plan for him so that he would have the capabilities to access the desired custom features such as unlimited products upload etc. In this case, the vendor provided authorization for the activation of the subscription. I don’t know how does your subscriptions workflow works, could you elaborate on this please?
Thanks
March 18, 2023 at 3:51 AM in reply to: Compatible Additional/Custom Fee Add-On Plugins to Charge On A Buyer #189520ChrisParticipantI am trying to charge a global platform fee on the buyer side during their checkout (as an admin, not a vendor) based on product categories instead of the product add-on fees that may be added by vendors. Is this the correct plugin that I’m looking for?
March 17, 2023 at 1:51 PM in reply to: Assigning any subscription plan to specific vendor as desired #189473ChrisParticipantThank you for the link provided. I think maybe I missed it out.
Anyway, may I know why we can only assign non-recurring plans for manual assignment ya? I think the membership feature should have something like an option for a customized plan by contacting sales, which is shown in the plan pricing tables, and we should be able to manually assign a recurring plan as well. I hope it is possible to be implemented. The reasons are as follows:
1) What if a vendor is not satisfied with the highest plan available and is looking for a better plan?
2) What if a vendor is looking for a custom plan?
3) What if a vendor is looking for an enterprise solution? Thanks.
March 17, 2023 at 9:47 AM in reply to: Assigning any subscription plan to specific vendor as desired #189453ChrisParticipantI meant manually assign a certain type of membership to a specific vendor.
