Hi Sangita, today I was checking the Paypal Marketplace module. Somehow I don’t get the option for disbursement mode. That is not really optimal when the vendor doesn’t setup the paypal method and then the customer get an information like this: Error! Remove product “XYZ” and continue checkout, this product/vendor is not eligible to be paid with PayPal
How can I collect the money of a vendor who didn’t setup Paypal?

So I tried to figure out what you was asking but I can’t find anything what could make this fatal error. I made some screenshots. Here is the HTML Code of the product. Also all orders before and after that order are working. This was last changed on 19. August, what I could find out:

I understand. I can’t explain why the ID is missing? Maybe this happened just this one time. Can you maybe explain me what I have to change (I guess Database) that this is showing again?
Hi Sangita, it’s not easy to answer the question. The order was done in August. In December I switched from the old WCMP to MultivendorX and in January I activated the invoice tool. From August to January it might have been happen, that the vendor did a change in his product or in the order. But this shouldn’t make a fatal error. I did no changes in the php-code for orders.
Thank you for you explanation. But how am I doing, when I don’t need to refund my portion of the commission? (I get 0% commission).
My refunds don’t work automatically right now. So when someone wants a refund of one product of the order, I go for example into paypal, where the person payed an I send back the wanted amount for the refund. The left amount of the order, I payed to the vendor and now I would like to change the partially refund into payed and not completely refund (because some part get as an payout to the vendor).
Hi Sangita, I told you that it is an error because of the Woocommerce Paypal Payments Plugin. Everything is working, when this Plugin is deactivated. I use this Paypal-Plugin: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
Should I use another Paypal-Plugin instead? But I use this from Woocommerce…
