When do you plan to release the update?
The latest version of the WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro (WCMp) was released on 2021-07-13, 5 months ago. This topic was started on March 23th, we have been exchanging issues 9 months.
Just click enter and send something… and say we sent something…like a chatbot.

Thanks for your reply. The code is inserted using Code Snippet plugin (see screenshot).
Please read settings carefully (the first post in this topic), maybe issue is caused by hiding duplicate products (with the same SKU) on category pages.
ReHub theme has the function “Woocommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Hide button for ‘Hide duplicated” is removing products with the same SKU. It works fine for product pages and category pages but also hide products on shop pages except for the one with the lowest price which is a problem.
I can add an admin user for you, but just to be sure, this is not to disable all plugins and theme which you did it on another website.
It’s fine for woocommerce because there is only one vendor – site admin – owner. Multivendor marketplace needs its own specifics and limitations. You don’t make plugin only for woocommerce that you can say ‘this is ok for woocommerce’. You are selling WC Enquiry pro plugin version for WC Marketplace, if it’s not compatible with WCMP please tell us!

You disabled theme and plugins on the live website and broke it! What do you thing about this?
Is it ok to share admin access for you for live website and you do whatever you want?!
@Moumita sent that admin access is only for checking and NOT to disable theme and plugins.@Moumita I sent (in the private post) the vendor name and the product link for test, you can order it and check shipping cost in wcmp report. Many of our vendors didn’t set shipping cost because the issue in the report (we still calculate shipping in excel).
