Can you merge these 2 versions?

Communication in support forum is transparent, but think about how do you plan, publish and test WCMp updates and all another your plugins related to WCMp (WCMp Enquary PRO also doesn’t work on variable products, you’ve many topics with similar problem after releasing the new version). For test it’s ok to disable all plugins and theme, after that, for real debugging, you need to enable one by one and find what is the problem.

Deactivating WCMp in original folder solves the problem, but now there are 2 WCMp plugins and error with Advanced Fronted Manager, see the attachment.

The same issue, you didn’t send the new version by mail, I sent email address in private post 2 days ago. Fix 706 has resolved the mobile menu problem, not variation error.

It seems that in the last posts for many topics you first answer that something else is problem without testing on your demo.. and I agree with @Calzadium

‘We ask you to put more effort and work to solve this problem, and not to protect yourself by saying that the fault is some incompatibility of a plugin that does not work, or (and this is very strong), that the problem is incompatibility with the Theme (as you have been telling us). ‘

I didn’t understand your answer, I sent specific problem and tested which plugins are causing the problem (jquery error on loading page, Cannot read property ‘variation_id’ of undefined). Your previous test with admin parameters on our staging site was like disabling all plugins and your vendor dashboard plugin and you just sent it works with 2 enabled plugins.

The problem is not related to theme, as you wrote in the last post, I sent what was happened when we enabled WC Catalog Enquiry Pro and conflict with YITH Wishlist. Do you have alternative plugin for YITH Wishlist or your suggestion is only to disable YITH Wishlist?

We have been using your paid plugins more than 2 years and found a lot of bugs, you can find how many posts I posted on this forum. Please, send how to solve the problem or confirm that it’s not up to you and everyone else knows that they can’t use YITH Wishlist.

I agreed with your previous post that the option ‘Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.’ is not for giving authority to vendor to add shipping cost. There is the option for this in WCMp -> Settings -> General
‘Enable Vendor Shipping If enabled vendor can configure their shipping on dashboard.’
Please look at attached image.

Why did you mix these two options?

Problem can be solved by enabling ‘Enable Vendor Shipping’ and disabling ‘Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.’ and don’t calculate shipping costs to vendor earning or admin earning.

Since these options already exist, please make difference between who can set something and who can earn money on shipping cost. As you wrote, courier is for shipping and this is an external thing.

Maybe something doesn’t work but the option ‘Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.’ option has relation with vendors being able to set shipping charges even we have checked Enable vendor shipping option on WCMP Settings -> General.

Please look at screenshots, when we disable it, on vendor dashboar -> vendor-shipping show ‘Sorry you are not authorized for this pages. Please contact with admin.’

If these 2 things are not connected as you wrote, that will solve the problem and shipping cost will not be added to admin or vendor. Of course, courier service is external and this is the reason why we don’t want to add shipping cost to admin or vendor.

Everything works fine without paid PRO version of plugin Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry pro and you suggested to solve the problem of pro plugin by ourselves even we paid a month ago the plugin which we can’t use?

I understood how you setup shipping and transfer shipping cost to vendor. How can vendor set the shipping method and cost on the vendor dashboard without adding shipping cost to their earnings?

If you uncheck ‘Transfer shipping charges collected (per product) to the vendor.’ vendor can’t set shipping cost on vendor dashboard.
Shipping cost is usually delivery cost via courier service, shipping cost is not earning by vendor or admin.
