ParticipantThank you, Sangita. As mentioned, I would like to explore the functionality thoroughly before proceeding with the update please. This is not a straightforward exercise for us, given the significant platform changes that you have highlighted.
As indicated in your demo, the functionality can be explored in detail, and I would like to test how the membership subscriptions work, including the ability to enable or disable specific features depending on the subscription level – https://prnt.sc/gDzUxU6t2zz0

ParticipantThanks for that explanation, it makes sense.
Can you please provide feedback on my previous posts query regarding viewing the subscription module…When I try activate the module, it shows a ‘success’ message but then toggles the module back off again?! https://prnt.sc/BG9bCDXQ6sM7Thank you.

ParticipantHi,
Thanks. I understand your suggestion, however there is a more core concern here that is being deflected…
This is a historical data inconsistency rather than a functional issue. The underlying commission or transaction records are out of sync with the actual order data. Version upgrades typically address code and logic, not retroactively correct corrupted or inconsistent records already persisted in the database.
More than happy to run the update after you assist identifying and correcting the underlying data issue please.
Thanks.May 6, 2026 at 9:44 AM in reply to: 🚀 MultiVendorX 5.0 Is Here – And It Changes Everything #252508Picflick

ParticipantThanks for the update.
The demo does not demo the membership subscription functionality. Can you please provide access.
Will it allow these types of features? https://prnt.sc/gDzUxU6t2zz0Picflick
ParticipantHi
Thanks for responding. No, this is a pre-existing issue for a while.Picflick
ParticipantHi,
Thanks for confirming that MVX Pro V2.0 will be resolving this issue.
Are there any release notes for this version? When I click on “View version 2.0.0 details” on the plugin list page, it shows that it is not found – https://prnt.sc/mDumULTWFME6
As you suggested, I need to comprehensively test that this updated version functions correctly, however I have no way of knowing what the delta’s are that it contains and evidently which areas to test.
