Hello , sangita the issue is solved but the payment of Commission was paid via Paypal payout without my approval from admin site. how can controll that when vendor requests to Withdraw amount of his commission then i as admin have approve and then the payment should go automatically to his account form my relevant payment method.

As in your guide it’s only sandbox mode but you have guide how to create it on live here are some of the proof for attached.
