Hi Moumita,
This issue which you highlighted in video is not the exact issue, as this is just staging environment we have not loaded with all product pictures.
Exact issue is in vendor page where the product is not loading (Not only picture not loading product at all).

After checking we found that, there is an option in product settings like “Catalog visibility” if we select shop only in that that its not showing.
Please find the attached screenshot.
But again question is, we need to select every time we add an product, is there any default setting we can do this?
