The customer registration gets handled by WooCommerce, therefore customer registers on the website they will be able to do from “My Accounts” page.But a user can only be a vendor if they register via our vendor registration page only. Can you kindly confirm which plugin you are using to translate.However using the loco plugin you can change the strings are per your need (Loco Translate – share the link )

The default flow of catalog enquiry doesn’t depend on the product price and “Add to Enquiry Cart” will be displayed to products page irrespective of price given or not.
However we can suggest you to enable enquiry cart for all products and exclude the products with or without price you want to disable enquiry cart for (see screenshot
