Using Loco translate you can go to the plugin which you want to translate.

In order to translate a line of text of Catalog using Loco plugin, go to Loco plugin and click on Woocommerce Enquiry Pro and then select a language you want to translate and click on Start Translating.

Now search for the line or text you want to translate and click on save.
