Default Payment flow #

>>The default flow of MultivendorX only handles the payment from the admin to the vendor. Now the admin of the site will get full payment of the order, because the customer uses the payment mode enabled via WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payment. (see this scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbdew )

Now as per MultivendorX Schedule and payment mode (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m7tciu ), the vendor will get their part of the commission.
If you want the vendor to get paid directly when the customer pays for the order, then you have to purchase the Pro module and enable any of the following modules – Stripe Marketplace, PayPal Marketplace or Mangopay (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/07VGcRCC-byK )

How can I pay vendor the full product amount? #

>>To let the vendor’s receive full commission amount, you have to set the vendor’s commission as “100%” via MultivendorX >> Settings >> Commission (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/VVKJeJLIK0Nx )

How can we pay the vendors directly from checkout? #

>>For paying the vendors directly at checkout, you can enable any of the following module like Stripe Marketplace or Mangopay.
Using these, the vendor’s will get paid instantly from checkout.

Can vendor’s get paid automatically using your plugin? #

>>Yes, vendor’s commission is automatically disbursed as per the disbursement schedule and payment gateway (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pukqph ) set up by the admin.

Can I use any custom payment option for paying the vendors ? #

>>You can pay commission to your vendor using any custom payment method by the following two methods:-

– Manually: Admin needs to manually pay the vendor their commission from admin’s custom payment account.
– Automatically: You can make the custom payment plugin compatible with MultivendorX by doing custom code, so vendors will be paid automatically.

Can I set withdraw threshold? #

>>Yes, you can set withdraw threshold using our plugin. For this, all you have to do is, set up the disbursement threshold via MultivendorX >> Settings >> Disbursement (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/or78Hq3o5TM6 )

How can I charge the extra transaction fee charged by Paypal? #

>>You can charge the extra transaction fee charged by Paypal by enabling the gateway charge option via MultivendorX>> Settings >> Commission and , set the payment gateway charge bearer as “vendor” and set up the amount (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/nLb1aymj7guy ).

Can a vendor setup more than one payment methods for receiving commissions from the admin ? #

>>A vendor can view all the payment methods enabled by the admin via MultivendorX >> Modules >> Payment (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/KBFj34XajYHV ), but can select only one payment method for receiving the commission from the site owner via Storefront >> Billing (see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/pwf904 ).

How can I retrieve the coupon cost from the vendors? #

>>To let vendor’s bear the coupon cost, all you have to do is, enable “Share Coupon Discount” via MultivendorX>> Settings >> Disbursement >>(see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/LZmizTsjXe7h )
