To calculate your commission for a specific period, multiply the appropriate commission rate by the base for that period. For example, if you made $30,000 worth of sales from January 1 to January 15 and your commission rate is 5%, multiply 30,000 by . 05 to find your commission payment amount of $1,500.

Hello @a.dalcamo It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
Please do keep us posted so we can help you out. -

Hello a.dalcamo
To calculate commission for categories you need to set commission type as fixed amount , percentage , percentage+fixed(per transaction ) or percentage+fixed(per unit) from commission under the Settings submenu of MultiVendorX.https://prnt.sc/XK6j8ugDgfFK -

MultiVendorX offers different levels of commission and one level overwrites the other . In the hierarchy product wise commission comes before category wise commission .
So , if product wise commission is set then previously mentioned category wise commission will be overwritten and will not be included.
To know more you can go through our doc https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/commission-concept/ -

Hi, I’m trying tests on the application of commissions. I currently have category (90%) and product (80%) commissions uploaded.
the system calculates me only the commissions on the category, and ignores me the commissions on the product.
I would like product commissions to prevail over category commissions;
what should i change?
Thank you -

Hello @a.dalcamo
As shared earlier, In the hierarchy of different levels of commissions product wise commission comes before category wise commission .
So , if product wise commission is set then previously mentioned category wise commission will be overwritten and will not be included.
We have tested the flow in our end and it is working fine for us https://watch.screencastify.com/v/sizq2Uc9EgMeqva6xLy2Kindly check the flow again and if you still face issue please let us know.

Kindly could you check in my system? I tested the product https://ofla.it/wp-admin/post.php?post=7120&action=edit by inserting the commission for the “CONFEZIONAMENTO” categories 80% and the “NASTRI IN TESSUTO” sub-category always 80% and inserting 50% in the product both generic and for any variation but does not calculate 50% of the product value.
My intent is:
1) If the commission on the product is not present, the commission of the category in which the product is inserted is calculated, while if the commission is inserted in the product, this must be calculated
2) calculate the commission including taxes
done this I can deliver the project to the customer
You could make a product in any shop, test for as follows:
-1) Posted in “CONFEZIONAMENTO” category (80% commission FIRST CATEGORY OR MACRO CATEGORY) -> “NASTRI PERSONALIZZATI” (80% commission SECOND CATEGORY OR SUBCATEGORY OR CATEGORY OF SECOND LEVEL)
2) Insert new product “Multivendorx Product” with 50% commission
3) verify that 50% and not 80% is calculated in commissions
The data for the admin is in this thread, thank you very much, fixed this we have everything working
Thanks Sangita and I’m sorry for the too many emails but it is of fundamental importance to create the site with this type of commission
Wait you -

Hello , we created a product test under the category jewels on your site . Set the category wise commission as 80% and product wise category as 50% https://watch.screencastify.com/v/CwUQ5naQWLaUsv5V5R3o
And you can see in the above video the commission is getting calculated on the product wise commission as it should be according to the hierarchy of levels of commission . -
March 14, 2023 at 7:40 PM #189291a.dalcamoParticipant
if the created product costs €100 including taxes, it must have 50% commissions and €50 commissions, so it is not
If I insert 50% on the product, it must ALWAYS EXCLUDE the commission of the category and if you see clearly from the commissions, calculate the order you created, how do you get €65.57? IT SHOULD BE €50 OUT OF €100 IF I WANT 50% OF THE AMOUNT INCLUDING TAXES
PLEASE COULD YOU SOLVE THIS PUZZLE PERMANENTLY 🙁 🙁

Kindly follow the configuration shown in the video to get $50 as commission while product wise commission set as 50% and category wise commission is 80% on a Product of $100 https://watch.screencastify.com/v/MKqIUClxy1HzGB4jlj7V
If you want to configure the Commission including the tax ,.At First You will need to configure Tax from WooCommerce Settings and then you can enable Commission Calculation on tax under Disbursement tab in Settings submenu of MultiVendorX . https://prnt.sc/25l-rOEbYpca
Enabling this option means tax amount will be added to vendor/admin depending on their commission. For further help, please check this doc : https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/tax-disbursement/#setting-up-commission-calculation-on-taxFor example ,Tax is set as 5% on the product cost in Woocommerce Tax and Vendor Commission is 80% .
So for a product of 100$ the admin will get 20$ and vendor will get 80$.
As Commission Calculation On Tax option is enabled hence 5% of 80 is 4
Therefore Vendor will get 80 + 4 = 84
Let us know if you need any further help. -
