Dear sir/madam,

As far as we can figure out Vendors can’t have their own shipping methods / rates, but need to select the ones the site admin has preconfigured. Is this the case or can we have it so that for a package of 2 kilo Vendor A asks € 3,00 fee and Vendor B asks € 4,00 fee?
If so, how can the Vendor configure it this way himself?

The vendors can also configure shipping from their end as well and add shipping methods and shipping rates as per their choice. You can refer to our doc here to provide vendor their own shipping https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/shipping/
Now as per your requirement you need to enable the WeightWise shipping module. You can refer to our knowledgebase doc for the detailed configuration of the module https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/weight-shipping/.

MultiVendorX Weight Wise shipping module lets you calculate shipping based on weight. The modification you are looking for is not supported in the default flow.
To provide further assistance, we require some help from your end. Could you please confirm if there is any WooCommerce plugin available that supports the shipping configuration you’ve described, involving both small packages and large packages implementation?
This way we will be able to assist you further.
