Hello,

Can you help us with the following information?
We have these two buttons on the supplier’s control panel :
– Delivery
– Database

For delivery we’re getting the following message :
Sorry, you are not authorized for these pages. Please contact the administrator.
For Database we’re getting the following message : Sorry, no database found

Those two buttons are supposed to do something?

The Delivery submenu refers to the shipping. The vendor can configure different shipping methods by going there. But the admin needs to enable shipping modules and also add “Vendor Shipping” as shipping method for the shipping zones.
To know more about the shipping modules in MultiVendorX you can refer to our knowledgebase doc https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/shipping/

You seems to rename our “Knowledgebase” tab as Database.The admin can share tutorials and other vendor-specific information with vendors and those will be visible to vendors under the Database submenu .
