How to configure the knowledgebase module #
The admin can easily configure the module by following these steps:
- Go to MultiVendorX → Modules
- Select the Notification tab
- Find the Knowledgebase module and enable it
Once enabled,
- Go to MultiVendorX → Knowledgebase
- Click Add New
- Enter the title and content
- Click Publish to make it visible to vendors
Alternatively, the admin can choose to:
- Set the knowledgebase as Pending by selecting the Pending button.
- Set it as a Draft by selecting the Draft option and clicking Save.
How the store owners can access #
Store owners come with varying levels of technical experience. Some may have run online stores before, while for others, this might be an entirely new domain. Providing easy access to tutorials and documentation helps everyone succeed. Here’s how they can find it:
- Log in to your Store Dashboard
- Go to Resources → Documentation
- Browse the list of available documents
