ModeratorHi @zedmandesign,
Thank you for your patience.
I would like to inform you that email notifications are triggered for orders with the status either ‘Completed’ or ‘Processing’.
Now, on your site, I placed a test order (Order Number: 265025) using Cash on Delivery, and in this case, emails were successfully sent to both the admin and vendor, with the order status correctly set to ‘Processing’. Here is the screenshot from your site : https://snipboard.io/rNTz58.jpg
However, the issue with Stripe appears to be related to its configuration of WooCommerce Stripe plugin. I recommend reaching out to the Stripe Support Team with the issue details. They will be able to review the logs associated with your Stripe account and identify the cause of the error.
If you need any further assistance from our side, please don’t hesitate to reach out.Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @zedmandesign,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I’ve reviewed the flow on our end, and everything appears to be functioning correctly. You can view the recorded flow here: https://app.screencastify.com/watch/0NWdSjyNrATLKDthcmgn
To further investigate the issue on your end, I am proceeding with deactivating the theme and necessary plugins on the staging site you provided and if needed can we reset your site?
Looking forward to your confirmation.Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @willalaw,
Thank you for getting back to us.
As mentioned earlier, our current plugin flow displays a list of vendors along with details such as store location, product categories, and vendor names. However, the ability to search for vendors by name is not currently a built-in feature of the plugin.
That said, we’ve already shared your request with our development team. You can track the progress of this feature request here: https://github.com/issues/created?issue=multivendorx%7Cmultivendorx%7C2 .
We’ve logged this as a potential enhancement and will consider it for future updates based on overall user demand. Rest assured, we’ll notify you as soon as the feature becomes available.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @willalaw,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’d like to inform you that the shortcode [mvx_vendorslist] displays a list of all registered vendors on your site, along with details such as the store’s location, product categories, and vendor names. As you can see here – https://multivendordemo.com/mvx/vendorlist/
In addition, I would like to inform that we have a widget called “MVX: Vendors List” (as shown here: https://snipboard.io/AKSnZW.jpg) which displays the listing vendors in a list format.Could you please confirm if this setup meets your requirements?
We look forward to your response.May 12, 2025 at 10:06 AM in reply to: How to activate MVX Pro on local machine for development? #240947Anushka Sinha

ModeratorHi there, thank you for getting back to us.
Yes, with the current plugin structure, you can use MultiVendorX Pro on both of your sites simultaneously without needing to activate the license on each one.
However, please note that an active license is required to receive updates and support for the latest version.

ModeratorHi @dgtise,
Thank you for getting back to us.Let me clarify — yes, you can use our plugin on both local and public websites. MVX Pro works perfectly fine in local development environments as well as live or staging sites.
If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!May 9, 2025 at 3:58 PM in reply to: How to activate MVX Pro on local machine for development? #240919Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @dgtise,
Thank you for reaching out!
You can use MultiVendorX Pro on any site by simply downloading the plugin from your My Account page (https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/) and installing it on your preferred site.
Please note, however, that license key activation depends on the plan you’ve purchased. For example, if you’ve purchased a single-site license, it can only be activated on one site at a time. Activation ensures that the site receives automatic updates and support.
Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @sean-7927
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’d like to inform you that, by default , emails are triggered to customers for both child and parent order status updates. If you wish to prevent customers from receiving duplicate emails when the parent order is updated after child order updates, you’ll need to add custom code on your end.
We do have a sample code snippet that you can implement to achieve the desired flow. You can find it here:
https://multivendorx.com/docs/code-snippet/remove-suborder/
If you need any further assistance while implementing this, please feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help!May 7, 2025 at 6:47 PM in reply to: Customizable Products – 3rd Party Plugin Availability and Integration #240905Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @spuser2022,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
At this time, MultiVendorX does not offer built-in support for product customization or print-on-demand features, such as allowing customers to upload images for printing on items like t-shirts.
While we are not officially integrated with third-party printing or product customization plugins (such as Fancy Product Designer), we do offer robust API support. This means that if you identify a third-party plugin that supports customizable or print-ready products for multivendor environments, it may be possible to integrate it with MultiVendorX using custom development via our API.
If you or your developer come across a specific plugin you’d like to use with MultiVendorX, feel free to share it with us—we’ll be happy to review it and let you know if integration is feasible.Anushka Sinha
ModeratorHi @sean-7927,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue. We have checked the flow on our end, and everything is working as expected. The issue on your end appears to persist due to a conflict between some plugins.
We kindly request you to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, and MultiVendorX Pro. Then, check if the issue still occurs. Additionally, please switch your theme to a default one such as Twenty Twenty-Five or Storefront.
If the issue persists even with only the default plugins and theme active, please create a staging site that replicates your live site. Once done, share the URL of the staging site, along with temporary admin and FTP access, so we can investigate the issue further.
When sharing access credentials, please ensure your reply is marked as private. -
