@Sangita, “…please exclude the vendor dashboard from cache exclusion settings.” Yes, I saw that on the staging site and replicated it on main site yesterday. Problem persists.

I tested the staging site and I can see what you say. The problem does not occur on the staging site, which has me puzzled, because they suppose to be mirror copies. I have made tests on Chrome and Edge, normal and incognito. Always cleaning the cache. I dont know what else to check. I even compared wp-config and htaccess and they are the same, so I dont know why I have the problem on the main site but not on the staging site.

    Any ideas?

Im afraid I have already done that. Regardless of the vendor capacity, the site just breaks the moment I click Select.
Add product => Choose category => Select => Site breaks.

That is with Litespeed active. If I deactivate it, site does not break, but Im unable to load the product image and product tabs dont work.

    Hi, @Sangita,

What did you do different? Im still having the same problem. Did you change a plugin? The theme? Something?

If not, then I don’t understand how the exact configuration can throw different results.

Im still facing the same issue :'(

Hello, Sangita. I have white listed the IP addresses, so I made a test to see if that worked, but the issue persists. I flushed all the cache on site, server and browser before test with no luck.
I deactivated all plugins as well as CDN. Got same result.

For now I have already updated the plugin uploading it directly to the site.

The question is, Why did that happen in the first place?

I uploaded it directly as a new plugin without erasing the previous versions and then wordpress gave me the option to substitute the old one with the uploaded one. No need for FTP. All good! 😀

    Thanks again!

    Hi!
What do you mean “Once the plugin team adds these functionalities in their end, then only we can add the same for the vendors.”? Bookings WP already includes product addons as well as the capability to add staff to appointable products. Does MVX plan in integrating these features? These features are basic when it comes to Appointments for a salon, for example with 2 or more stylists.

Another feature missing and already included in Bookings WP is the ability to manually add appointments. So in this sense, the use of Bookings WP with MVX comes very limited. I hope MVX has plans in their roadmap to add these important features.

For the reasons above I decided to try WC Bookings, which I can already see has a larger integration, even including Google Calendar syncing.

Regarding staff, is it possible to include in staff permissions access to bookings and the bookings calendar? That would be wonderful, not to say also being able to add staff as a resource 😀

    Thank you!

I just noticed that also that the product edit tabs (General, Costs, Availability, Inventory, etc) are not working. WC Bookings activated, LiteSpeed deactivated.
