    Could you help urgently please as the Paid Plugin is not working properly and I need some issues fixed urgently.

    By the looks of it your LOOM video you are viewing the mobile version from Computer device using software on PC to view mobile.
    Please view the ACTUAL hand held mobile you have in your hand, then you will see the MOBILE version properly how it is, as the products are in 2 COLUMNS not 1 column as per your loom, therefore that is where I can tell you are NOT viewing it actually on a normal hand held phone.

    Please do this, then you will see the actual issue on the Products areas in SCHOOLS & MASKS where it shows 3 buttons on ALL MOBile devices.

    My client has your paid plugin installed that is NOT working properly. My client is very cranky as he gets enquiries and NOT knowing what product they are enquiring about. That is no point at all.

    We need a workaround at least. Because my client who owns the website, has enquiries through the website using your Add to Enquiry plugin but it ONLY allows 1 enquiry with NO mention of what product they are enquiring about. Therefore the client then has to ring the customer and say Sorry we do not know which product you are enquiring about because our software is not working properly.

    Please advise a workaround urgently please.

    I have already enabled this already and is NOT working. That feature has been ticked for years and only recently has it stopped working.
    Customer can ONLy do 1 enquiry .

    Therefore I click on 3 products “Add to Enquiry Cart” then go to Enquiry cart and it doesn’t show me what is in the ENQUIRY Cart at all like it used to. AND it just gives us screen where client can enter in their contact details but NO information about what they have in the Enquiry Cart.

    This is a major issue also for a LIVE website.

    So if you could test like you are an actual customer on BOTH actual MOBILE in your hand AND Computer, you will see the exact issues I am referring to.
    Even on the PC if you pretend you are going to enquire about 3 products and want to send your form you will see the issue.

    Please help urgently as I have to help the client urgently with something that works.
    We have a paid plugin that is NOT working the way it used to.

    So if you go onto your actual phone in your hand, view the site from there like I mentioned previously then you would see the products are viewing 2 COLUMNS on the mobile and NOT one, therefore your loom video is incorrect as you are viewing the mobile version from the PC as far as I can tell.

    Please use your actual mobile device to see what I am referring to. It ONLY happens there .
    It will NOT happen if you view Mobile view on Computer or laptop. Your LOOM video doesn’t look like it is from an actual PHONE but from a Phone View in browser from a PC showing Mobile version which is NOT the same .. Please look on the actual LIVE PHONE instead to see what I mean.

    Please help urgently to fix this issue with some CSS coding please.

    So therefore the issue with your plugin, do you mean that currently there is NO working version or SOLUTION that a customer can do ENQUIRY for that shows the product they are enquiring about ?

    If that is the case, WHY are we still paying for a Paid software that is NOT working until development is completed ?
    I’m bit confused about that ?

    I have clients with LIVE WEBSITES who use your plugin and they CANNOT get the correct enquiries as they don’t know what PRODUCT their customers are enquiring about. My customer is very angry about this. So I need a resolution fast please.
    Will it be 1 week, 4 weeks or longer ? I need to let the client know who paid for your plugin.

    It is already ticked for that setting already. But DOES not work.
    Maybe you can actually login to the client site and look for yourself to help RESOLVE the issue with the ENQUIRY urgently please for multiple.
    Better also have a look at the LIVE SITE link I gave you, pretend you are going to make an enquiry on POLO SHIRTS and choose more than 3 products and you will see what my issues are and what I mean …

    That will be better for you test and PRETEND you are an actual customer and you will see the MAJOR issue there.

    Please advise and help fix urgently.

    The MOBILE VERSION & IPAD Smaller devices if you look at Schools is still showing it … You were looking on the PC version which I have already fixed.

    If you look at POLOS and it shows “READ MORE” twice in there so issue is NOT fixed.
    If you look at SCHOOLS one, then it still shows “READ MORE” on MOBILE & IPad – need to remove it.
    PC version is fine ..

    Please help me fix this urgently as it looks unprofessional.

    Now from the dropdown of Legacy Widget choose “Enquiry Cart”.
    Now you’ll be able to view the Products which have been added to Enquiry Cart.

    It is ALREADY in there in the Header area BUT now not displaying.
    If you test the site you will see that it already displays the Cart under the Header … once a Product is added to the cart.

    My question was I PREFER to have it scrolling or viewable at ALL TIMES like the Product Cart, because otherwise people cannot SEE the Enquiry Cart button .. it is a pain to find …
    Please advise somewhere else where it can be put (as client does NOT have a sidebar) on this website.
    Can’t we have it floating somewhere so when the user goes down the screen it moves also ?
    AND on the mobile all you get is the little button saying “View Enquiry Cart” but what if the client starts scrolling on other pages, and wants to go back to the Enquiry cart, they cannot find it at all on the mobile …

    This is still a major issue …
    Please help to fix it.

    HI

    So I’ve done the EXCLUSION LIST and now I have “READ MORE” and “Select Options” and if relevant “ADD TO CART”

    So just need to REMOVE “READ MORE” button then.
    PC is fine just MOBILE that has “READ MORE” removed.

    Also just to let you know I disabled your plugin to test things on the mobile and ALL 3 “Add to Cart” button and “Read More” button and “Add to enquiry Form” all disappears on mobile.

    When re-enabled, ALL 3 buttons come up (so TOO much to have 3 buttons) .. I don’t need the Add to Enquiry Cart Button on Schools Category, HOW can I AVOID that please urgently so it doesn’t display at all there.

    Therefore if you can provide me with the coding to DELETE/HIDE the “READ MORE” button the mobile would be great as this is big issue.

    Some products don’t have ANY pricing and are ONLY required for “Add to Enquiry Cart” which is 90% of the products.
    The MASKS & SCHOOLS/De La Salle products ALL need to have “READ MORE” REMOVED and show “Add to Cart” button if Single item with no options to choose AND or the “SELECT OPTIONS” for products that have colours/sizing to be chosen that is FINE.

    If you view the live site on both mobile & PC you will see that the “Enquiry cart” is NOT working properly. Not showing what client is enquiring about.

    Sorry I keep replying. I seem to have 3 buttons showing on Category pages with Add Ons on MOBILE & IPAD only.

    READ MORE
    SELECT OPTIONS
    ADD TO ENQUIRY CART

    For simple products that have no options, It ONLY shows “ADD TO ENQUIRY CART” and NOT the “ADD TO CART” button.
    How can I achieve and fix these issues please ?

    And Add to Cart Button is NOT displaying on MObile version but OK on PC version for Single Product with NO drop down options.

    AND how can I have the “View Enquiry Cart” button scrolling as you scroll down as it only sits in one spot and I don’t like that. Not very user friendly.

    Hi, ALSO need to be able to have both “BY NOW” Cart AND “Add to enquiry” on some products only .. Most products has “Add to Enquiry Cart” but some other products DON’T need “Add to Enquiry Cart” and ONLY NEED “Add to Cart”.

    It is a bit of a mixture.

    Yes sorry I had to disable the access as the website had to go live on Sunday using another plugin.
    Your reply was Monday.

    I will DUPLICATE the website onto my test server so you can investigate properly the issue.

    I will let you know once the TEST server is ready for you.

    Do you have any idea what the issue was on your investigations ?
