Since our purchased version is not properly functioning, kindly issue refund if the stripe admin and stripe connected accounts commission distribution feature is not working. We are not interested to utilize any of the above options after waiting for such a long time. Since the original purchase is non functional and you are offering us a new billing plan with this version, we are not interested to consider any of these options.

I was able to successfully install and activate MVX core. However, I am unable to upgrade to MVX pro(to distribute Stripe commission between connected and admin accounts in real time) – please refer to the attached screenshot. Kindly share the activation key and relevant details for the same or suggest in case anything additional/else is required to get Stripe real time commission distribution functional.
Also, do I need to retain old version of WCMP to keep the new version MVX functional or can I deactivate it?

Please note we are not comfortable sharing login ids/access to our application as it carries sensitive plugins and code which we can’t put at stake by giving external access. Can you please confirm –
1. Why do we need to deploy your new plugin version instead of getting the rectified previous version
2. If we deploy the new version of your plugin, would we be required to make re-purchases of add-on plugins to make it re-work(to disperse commissions between Stripe admin account and connected accounts) like we did in the version we purchased? Please note we are not interested to make any additional purchases for the new version.Look forward to hearing back from you.

Kindly note the Google drive link is non accessible. Please share the apt rights for us to view/check it. Also, kindly share the steps we need to take from our end to ensure your plugin also becomes functional in the live website environment for the earlier pointed scenario.

Kindly note this applies for money transfers from USA to India. As per our conversation with Stripe chat support, connecting Stripe accounts outside of USA to USA stripe accounts is not related to this. However, there are adjustments to be made as pointed out in their earlier responses and shared with you in your application code headers to ensure Stripe connect works well for connected accounts outside of USA.
Please note we have legal experts on the topic that we have already referred to and your response is not in sync with the laid RBI policies. Kindly make requisite amendments to your code at the earliest to ensure the application works well for all connected accounts both within and outside of USA.

Can you try reaching out to their chat support – they respond in real time for any query you may have. Also as a buyer of your services my job is to help you find a bug. I am finding it pretty strange that you are also expecting me to help you find a solution for your product. You happen to be the only stake holder while earning out of the script so ideally you should actually value any customer who is trying to help you even though your product is non functional at places since the day of purchase near 10th October, 2022.
Hoping for a faster response and resolution.
