Marianne, sorry for the miscommunications.
Let me assist you with our flow, WCMo only calculates the commission on the product price only. We don’t calculate any commission on shipping or tax. Therefore either admin gets the whole amount of shipping, or the vendor, depending upon the settings configured.
So, the flow you are looking for i.e. calculate a percentage commission on shipping amount too, you need to do some custom code. If you have any developer with you, we can explain him/her the coding procedures.
NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterHi @René Mirck, this is not a theme issue, as you can see I have activated the theme. But I did disabled all the other plugins and as you can see the add product page is working fine on your site: https://watch.screencastify.com/v/QOslD1iRDttOhQ7f9WG4
I have activated the plugin. But to detect which one is causing this issue, kindly disable all of them again and enable one plugin at a time to detect the culprit.
NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterSure Uros 🙂

In order to add image above or below SHORT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, you need to override the “edit-product.php ” template file and add your own custom code.
To know more on how to override the template please follow this https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/blob/master/templates/vendor-dashboard/product-manager/edit-product.php

NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterCristina,This is the fix of the free version of the plugin
NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterHi Uros, – When an order is created on the woocommerce end, we create the corresponding sub-order.
– Now, we check the initial order status of the order from woocommerce’s main order and set same order status for suborders too
– After that, each vendor/admin needs to change the order status for each sub-order
– Therefore, apart from initial order status, if you change the status of an order, this will not affect the sub order’s statusNow if you want to sync the order status, please do use this custom code : https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-hooks-filters/#nav-21
NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterJacinta, as you can see we didn’t face any such issue https://www.loom.com/share/71c77aa236f24886ac5dbf66ffc8a4f1
So, can you please create a staging site and share the temporary admin access.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterJacinta, please follow our document https://multivendorx.com/tech-blog/set-minimum-order-amount-per-vendor/

NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymaster@Jessica Moody, not to worry.
Please do share temporary admin access so we can fix the issues in your site.
It would be helpful for us, if you can share some screenshots and lists of issues, so we can check all of them at a go.
While sharing the access, don’t forget to mark the response as private.
January 27, 2022 at 3:39 PM in reply to: Recurring e-mail to vendors about open/active orders #133651NerdySupportExpert MoumitaKeymasterKevin, Thank you for the explanation with the flow.
I have forwarded this to the Product enhancement team. Depending upon mass request and availability of resources, the team would be in a situation to proceed further.
