in reply to: Vendors can edit images #221867

@Picflick, Thank you for sharing the details with us. We have reviewed the image editing flow with the “Vendor backend access” option enabled. Since vendors are not permitted to access the backend, they are redirected to the dashboard page instead of the WordPress backend page when they click the “edit” button.

We understand your concern about restricting vendors from accessing the backend. In future updates, we will add the functionality for vendors to edit images directly from the frontend dashboard. This will ensure that vendors can edit their uploaded images without any issues. You can keep track of the progress of this enhancement here:https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/800.

Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

Hello there, Please update your previously shared code snippet by replacing “wcmp” with “mvx” in the code and check if it works as needed to fulfill your requirement.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

@Picflick, Thank you for reaching out and sharing the flow with us.

We have reviewed the process of vendors editing images from their end, and it appears to be working correctly. When vendors click on the edit option for a selected image, they are redirected to the WordPress backend where they have access to the same options as the admin. Please take a look at the video here for further details: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/29793906?key=cb78b4fa18a788a80c45b4293e91d72d.

It appears that you have added some customizations on your end, which is preventing your vendors from being redirected to the WordPress backend to edit images. Please review and remove those customizations to allow your vendors to edit images as intended.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Hello @MaxenceTP, We truly appreciate your understanding. Our development team is currently quite occupied with their development work, so providing an exact timeframe isn’t possible at the moment.

However, we want to assure you that once we begin working on implementing the additional payment methods for Stripe marketplace, we’ll keep you updated regarding that accordingly.

Thank you for your patience and support.

Not to worry. You just need to get in touch with your server team and ask for the details and they will share the access details with you. This will not take much time for the team.

Looking forward to hear back with the details.

Hello @kevajo, First of all, we are extremely sorry for the delay. We completely understand how important it is for you to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin to benefit from the latest fixes and enhancements. Unfortunately, our development team is currently a bit occupied with further development, which has caused the delay in addressing your issue.
We understand the critical nature of the “Allowed memory size” issue and expect that by next week, our team will be free from their current work and able to focus fully on your site. We will keep you posted as soon as we address the issue.
We kindly request that you keep your site access open for our team. We are truly grateful for your understanding and cooperation thus far.

in reply to: Vendor-registration page bug #221836

Hello @Picflick, Thanks for getting back to us.
As shared earlier, as per our current flow the coupon code will be applied to the recurring charge only. And regarding your request to let the charge be applied on the subtotal(sign up fee + recurring charge) I have forwarded this to our product enhancement team and they will take further decisions regarding the implementation as per the request from our users.
Now if you want to implement the flow with the coupon immediately on your end then you will have to add that by implementing custom code of your own. Alternatively you can hire our experts from here https://multivendorx.com/custom-development/ and they will implement your required flow for you.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

in reply to: Stripe direct charge not working #221835

@MaxenceTP As mentioned earlier, we currently only support Stripe credit cards. However, we plan to implement additional payment methods such as Bancontact, giropay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in future updates. We will definitely keep you informed when these are available.
Regarding the email from Stripe, not to worry , when we will work on the implementation of the additional payment methods of Stripe we will work with the latest API only.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

in reply to: Products with no vendor #221834

Hello @Steph Conway As I understand that the issue was with the test vendor account, so you can simply disconnect the stripe connect account for the test vendor and then again connect the Stripe account from his end and check whether this issue with the keys still persists.
Regarding the flow to marking the commissions as paid , you can simply go to the Commission submenu of MultiVendorX and mark the commissions as paid by selecting a certain commission.
Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
