  • By default the vendors present in the 1st page will be shown on the map . https://prnt.sc/RJsjeBQsd1pf .
    Because if you have many vendors, then it will be impossible for us to display all of them in the map.

    Now whenever a customer will search for a vendor according to their desired location the vendors will be shown on the page and on the map according to the location entered by the customer.

    Before marking those commission as paid, you need to check these following settings
    Make sure the order status is either procession or completed.
    Kindly check if your vendors have provided Bank transfer details in the vendor billing section correctly. Only then commission will be paid.

    As we have told you earlier, the setting you are talking about is not a default field in WCMP or not even in MultiVendorX. You may have added any custom code or any developer has added them . Kindly check that code and modify it accordingly.
    Please keep us posted.

    You can check the older version of WCMp from here : https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor.3.8.12.zip, you can see there is no field for add post.
    Please do check the custom code, you might had added them using code.

    I want that customers can seacht for vendors AND items nearby their location. As i questions before, this should be possible. But how?

    Kindly make sure you set the policies following these steps – Vendor Dashboard >>Policies>>Set the policies accordingly and click save options.

    Here you can see we are not getting any issue regarding this.
    There might be some plugin/theme conflict .Kindly deactivate all the plugins except MultiVendorX ,MultiVendorX Pro and WooCommerce, and check again.

    If you still face issue kindly share the admin and ftp access of your staging site.

    Hello Gimmy88 kindly give us permission to add https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/ plugin in your site to switch role to check or you can share a vendor access of your any existing vendor.

    Hello @a.dalcamo . by default MultiVendorX supports only the default status added by WooCommerce
    Now if you want to add other order status (by adding your custom code), first of all you need to add them from WooCommerce end, as all vendor orders are also orders of WooCommerce.
    Now you have to do further custom code to add these custom order status for the vendor too.
    Do you have any developers so we can guide them on how to custom code this flow?

    Hello, a.dalcamo . Practically it is not possible for vendor1 to know the access of vendor2 which is needed to export vendor2’s product unless he is a hacker. And also the import module works according to the default flow of WooCommerce.
