August 11, 2021 at 1:40 AM in reply to: Vendor vaccation plugin – API license key showing deactive staus #126149tastetre.comParticipantPoint 1:
Please note stg.tastetre.com is the testing environment for the live site. I hope the plugin should work for the tastetre.com domain irrespective of it’s in live or staging.Point 2:
Please refer to the screenshot attached. The plugin has already been removed from the live site and it’s installed only in staging for testing purposes.tastetre.comParticipantThanks for the response.
I have already done that but didnt see any improvement. Anyways good to know its not caused by WCMP.thx
tastetre.comParticipantHi,
Thanks for the revert. However the blog did not help me settle the issue. May be because of my little knowledge on coding.
My requirement was how to bring the custom field data (“Making Time”)from WCMP to “Product Data” field in Woo commerce admin so that i know what my vendor is entering in this field when they submit the product for approval through vendor dashboard. Now I dont have visibility on this from the admin back end. Can you please clarify on the procedure to do this. I couldn`t add the new tab in the product page using the code mentioned in the blog either.
thx
tastetre.comParticipantattaching a better view
tastetre.comParticipantHi,
Attached. I would prefer to see this data in woocommerce admin panel under the “product data” tab as a separate head.
tastetre.comParticipantThanks. Will try this.
It would be nice if you can bring this as a configurable parameter for such business.thx

While I have looped you in the mail, please see the comment from the plugin author:
“We are happy to work with them to fix the issue but first, they have to fix the issue of not showing the delivery date fields on the product page”.
Look forward to your swift action as today is the last day for the trial ending date.
thx
tastetre.comParticipantHi,
This logic is good as long as a site allows multiple vendor products in a single cart. But in certain business-like (swiggy, zomato or other food delivery business like mine) we don’t allow multiple vendor products in a single order.
In such cases the synchronization has to be two way. If the main order status changes the suborder status has to change and vice-versa.
tastetre.comParticipantHi,
After going through the knowledge base, https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-split-order-module/ I understand multiple suborders are created if one order had products related to multiple vendors. The logic is fine but could you also bring in a provision to update the individual status against each of these orders since it would be confusing if a suborder status is changed to for eg: “complete” but the main order status doesn’t change and still shows “processing”. There is no provision to see this unless I as an admin go through individual orders one by one and change the status to complete.
One more observation is, this logic applies even for single vendor single product order. The suborder status is changed for single vendor order but the main order status doesn’t change. Refer to the screenshot.
thx

Unfortunately, am not able to use this plugin not even once since it conflicts with the core function of product order and delivery management. I haven’t got any concrete answer from the author of other plugin as well. What I would like to know, is there any other plugin that is equivalent to the Tyche softwares – “product delivery date” plugin you would recommend which is in sync with the vendor vacation plugin at the same time.
