Another issue we found was that failed orders are also appearing in the comission section.
This is really confusing because we think the vendor is owed for a sale that didnt happen.

The issue has still not been fixed.
For example, we have a vendor called Nami.
On the backend if we navigate to vendors and to the policies the information is filled in. If we login to the vendor directly and go the vendor dashboard then the policies we put there is what shows up.
This means that the policies are not syncing up and that the policies that we add on the backend under the vendor as an administrator is not working.

I went through your code and saw that the commission was taken from the order.
I did some debugging and wrote some code so its resolved now.

When I run the website on a staging server with 4GB of rams and 4 CPU. When I click MVX plugin, it crashes or says there has been a critical error. My live website has better stats so this doesn’t happen but we were forced to upgrade our servers because your plugin was overloading.
I can provide access to the staging website if you want to see or I can launch an entire new instance just for your team.

I am the server admin, the website is hosted on digital ocean. Please let me know what IP address I need to whitelist and then I will see if that helps. The non premium version of the plugin updates with no problem so it must be a different IP address for the pro version?

The first option doesn’t work. I don’t want to use the second option because I paid for pro and I expect it to work as all plugins do. You are a big company and I would expect a higher level of professionalism.
Please tell me how I can resolve this issue so it works as intended with wordpress.

Zia RahimParticipantYou need to go to Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping.
Then add a shipping zone e.g. Europe and zone regions. Then for shipping methods choose “Vendor Shipping”.
This option will now appear for your vendors.
