Hey @zedmanshere, we’ve thoroughly examined your shared vendor pages using various simulators on our end and haven’t encountered the issue you described.
Furthermore, if it were a problem with our plugin, it would persist consistently and not resolve after loading. It appears there may be a loading issue on your end. Please review the problem carefully on your end.
Also it is really difficult for us to give a solution for a issue without being able to recreate it on our end. So kindly check once carefully the loading issue. Also just to be sure that this is not an theme/plugin conflict, kindly check the flow once by deactivating plugins other than WooCommerce and MultiVendorX on your end and also switching to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront.Also please do keep us posted regarding the same.

Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@webmaster, For the issue on the admin dashboard, kindly enable the debug mode on your end and share the error log with us alternatively you can share a temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check the issue and help you accordingly.
For the issue in the vendor dashboard, it seems the endpoints are not set accrdingly in the MultiVendorX settings section hence everything is broken there.
Kindly share the erro or share the access with us.

In the meantime, to review the triggered emails, consider installing a plugin such as “Email Log” on your end and monitor the sent emails from there.

They get the same notification in the My account page (https://prnt.sc/lMdIFk8iyZM2) and also receive mail regarding the same. So there should not be any confusion among the users.
Also after the approval from the admin they receive a mail regarding their approval too(https://prnt.sc/CsPKCgeGGkpD).

As soon as a user registers on the site through the vendor registration form an email to approve that vendor application goes to the email associated with the admin account(https://prnt.sc/c-GkutiR1UNr).
To update the admin’s email, simply navigate to the admin dashboard, then go to Users and select All users. Once there, choose the admin user and enter the desired email address for the admin account(https://prnt.sc/lLrjqlZRJBNF). From then on, all admin emails will be sent to this email address.Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.
Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@Dhruv Jha, It is really strange as the flow of customer registration is working fine. But with the same plugins the flow is not working on your end. Kindly share the FTP access of your site with us so that we can debug the issue further to provide you with a solution.

Sangita Support SquadKeymasterDhruv, we have checked the flow of registering users from the default my account page of WooCommerce on our end and after registration the users are coming as customers.
On your site kindly check again carefully whether you have inserted the correct shortcode. Even with the correct shortcode you face the same issue kindly give us permission to check the flow on your site by disabling themes and plugins.
