Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@vincent joubert the plugin file we have shared is fully tested on our end. Only then we have shared the file.
Vendor connection : https://tinyurl.com/28j4amay
Commission paid : https://prnt.sc/K8gd0dQL_KiF
By testing, we just asked you to check the same on your end.
Regarding the bug, we were not aware of this issue. The last time we checked the flow, it used to work without any error.
However, despite our best efforts, it’s possible that you might encounter a few bugs while using it.
We believe in transparency and that’s why the moment you reported this issue, we started to do further research and kept you in the loop. We checked the api and found out that they have updated their api recently. But without proper documentation on their end, it took us more time than expected.
We understand that encountering a bug can be frustrating, but our team is always there to help out users the best way possible.
I hope you can understand our end too.Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@Chris, there seems to be some conflict issue.
Kindly create a staging site and share the site url, temporary admin access with us so that we can check this on your end and help you accordingly.Sangita Support SquadKeymasterYou are welcome.
Sangita Support SquadKeymasterOur replies are inline with your queries –
1) When I registered as a Vendor, then my admin account didn’t receive any notification and I didn’t receive any welcome or login information emails on my vendor email. I checked my admin email settings too.
>>As shared earlier the flow is working fine on our end.
So at first check the email settings in WooCommerce carefully https://watch.screencastify.com/v/n0IHSYdlOxZLFm9uUIUJ. Then deactivate all the plugins on your end except for WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and then install the plugin Email log and then again check the vendor registration flow and check the log on Email log plugin. There you will find all the details of the mails that are being triggered https://prnt.sc/dzLVP3R7CaDX.
2) The “submit product” is activated for the vendor, but it still doesn’t show the option on the vendor’s account.
Can you offer any further tips? I am so grateful for any information you can provide!
>>Kindly check first if you have enabled different product types under Marketplace types in the Modules submenu of MultiVendorX https://prnt.sc/lcimpsIFe4zS.
Then check the product capabilities section under the settings submenu of MultiVendorX.
You can follow our doc for detailed information of the different capabilities :https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/product-management-capability/
Now kindly check the flow of these capabilities on your end and if you face any issue please let us know.Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@vincent joubert We are glad to inform you we have successfully added support for individual accounts for France. Today we are working to add support for the company profile.
Also the refund team will check your refund request and get back to you as soon as possible.Sangita Support SquadKeymasterAmy, you can only assign non-recurring memberhsip plan.
So please check that first.July 20, 2023 at 6:33 PM in reply to: mvx_vendor_order_to_parent_order_status_synchronization issue/suggestion #194582Sangita Support SquadKeymasterIt will be better for us to test the issue on our end if you can kindly share the scenario when you are facing this issue.
Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@luanne, We will surely add the fix for the issue with “DevTools failed to load source map” issue in our next update.
But to check the issue with css we need to check this on your end and only then we can give you a solution.Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@Amy Lambrou Let me assist you with the flow here.
Any vendor plan added in your site, all are woocommerce product but the product are Vendor Subscription product. The reason we add them as product, because this enables you to use any woocommerce payment gateway for the payment part.
The same concept goes for MVX Stripe or paypal too. Only when the order is fully paid and the order status is complete, the vendor will be added under that plan.
You may follow our video for a better understanding https://youtu.be/N9ePRIB1yXI.
If still the issue persists please create a staging site and share temporary admin access so we can check.Sangita Support SquadKeymasterHappy to hear that.
Sangita Support SquadKeymasterWe will wait for the video.
