As we can understand you want the vendors to add the item condition in the product description box and display the same in the frontend.
For this, you need to use either custom code or plugin like ACF : https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/. Along with this, you need MultivendorX Pro :https://multivendorx.com/pricing , to let vendor add additional data for the products.

Before marking those commission as paid, you need to check these following settings
Make sure the order status is either procession or completed.
Kindly check if your vendors have provided Bank transfer details in the vendor billing section correctly. Only then commission will be paid.

If you need any further help please let us know.As we have told you earlier, the setting you are talking about is not a default field in WCMP or not even in MultiVendorX. You may have added any custom code or any developer has added them . Kindly check that code and modify it accordingly.

I want that customers can seacht for vendors AND items nearby their location. As i questions before, this should be possible. But how?>> Customer can also search the vendors using vendor list page.
